Ahhhhhhh... nothing like getting away from it all and enjoying a relaxing vacation. However, getting away from it all doesn't mean that you have to get away from exercise and eating within your caloric needs. Eating good meals, without over eating gives you a greater appreciation for the food that you eat. Planning activities that encourage you to move (i.e.- taking a walking tour, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.,) are simple ways to keep you on track for your fitness goals. So take a break from the hustle bustle, but have a plan (meal and exercise) for keeping on track while enjoying your time away!
