Excelling in athletics doesn't come by accident.  Over my years of working out, many coaches, bodybuilders and trainers have shared their knowledge to help me to reach my fitness goals. This knowledge fueled a greater interest for me in the science behind being fit.  As a result, I became a certified personal trainer with energy and drive to share information to help others to reach their goals using a direct approach.  From athletes to older clients there is a common need to perform resistance exercises. The athlete can gain a competitive advantage, while the older client improves their quality of life as they get older.  Regardless of your path, make it straight... get started today!
